Official Rules
Substitutes

You can only Pinch hit once an inning and the captain has to make the decision.

In the case of extra players on the team. Each player has to play at least 2 innings.

If you do not have enough players then you are allowed to sign a player for 1 game. This player is not allowed to pitch or hit. They are allowed to run and field.
Stealing

You can only steal when the ball is released from the pitcher's hand.

All rules of the “Backstop Catcher” segment are in full effect.
Backstop Catcher

When the ball is thrown home to the backstop and there is a player in full sprint coming home, the outcome will be determined by what happens first. The strike zone does count as the backstop. If the player is out then the runner can not advance another base.

In the case that the ball misses the backstop on the throw home. The runner can not advance another base.

If there is a whole in the backstop or it goes through the backstop it is still counted.
Positions

A player can only pitch 4 innings at most.

If everyone on the team has already pitched then you can pick any pitcher.

After the batter has started his AB (At Bat), you are not allowed to change pitchers.
Field Regulations

From the plate to the fence has to be from 75-85 feet. This does not include the height of the fence. (Commissioner can overthrow rule)

Field must include an accepted strike zone, bases, pitcher mound, home plate, backstop, and a fence that is accepted by the commissioner.

Different fields will only be used in extreme situations.
Equipment Regulations

Yellow bats are the only bats accepted by the league. Special bats may be accepted by the commissioner.

Tape is allowed anywhere on the bat.

Wax is only accepted on the grip on the bat.

Any baseball equipment allowed in the MLB is allowed.
At Bat

When getting walked or getting hit, the batter can only request to reset the count once per AB.

When resetting the count. After the batter steps into the box he can not change their mind.
Ground Ruled

When the ball is fair but goes into the woods and it can not be reached it will be a double.
